To begin a project I start by sketching and drawing. Word maps are very helpful for getting my ideas out on to paper where I can see them.
From sketching and drawing and writing I then come up with potential paths to take. Here is a list of a few with bullet points to further describe my thoughts.
Once I had my idea I started coming up with ideas for a logo, layout, and additional merchandise.
This is where I started coming up with content. I interviewed other people and continued to ask myself questions.
The final product was a journal of sorts designed for Tattoo artists to give to their clients. The idea is that someone getting a tattoo wants to be certain of the tattoo they are getting. The client fills out the book and narrows down what is important to them and the tattoo artist can better design a tattoo for them when they bring this journal book back.
